What we’re about.

We empower Growers to thrive and enrich.

We help farmers and ranchers create healthier ecosystems to support their businesses

What we Strive For

  • Ecosystem & Land Health - because nothing works in isolation

  • Profitability - If we want to save the land, we need to be profitable enough to stay on the land

  • Meeting people where they’re at - Because we all start somewhere and none of us have all the answers

  • Challenge dogma & paradigms - We Challenge what we think

  • Apply stewardship principles that fit your one of a kind context

  • We don’t have all the answers, but we know how to find them

  • The steward is key to finding answers and solutions

Brandi McCoy - Agroecologist

I’m from Tallgrass Prairie country - the Flint Hills of Southeast Kansas. My journey has taken me across diverse working landscapes: the small farms of Northeast Kansas, the wide-open ranches of eastern Colorado, timberlands, rivers, and the prairies in between.

I bring a well-rounded background shaped by hands-on experience in ranching, conservation planning, and a lot of cold days cutting trees and plunging into rivers bringing conservation projects to life. My soil health training began with Dr. Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School, where I completed training in soil microscopy. I’m a proud graduate of Integrity Soils CREATE program, a 36-week intensive led by Nicole Masters and the Integrity Soils team, where I deepened my skills in agroecological coaching and regenerative land management.

As a rancher, I provide a  unique perspective and connection to growers pursuing more profitable, resilient businesses for their farms and ranches. Together, with my husband John Wager, we own 4L Grazing LLC, a livestock grazing company that focuses on land stewardship and business success and profitability.

As a coach, I listen closely and ask the tough questions - because I care. I want to help you become the grower and land steward you’re meant to be.
